Who we are

At Excel Group Services we've been delivering our clients' parcels, packages and documents nationwide and overseas for more than 18 years. We couple this with one of London's finest passenger services where we serve the financial, legal and media sectors and are trusted with the safe carriage of their employees, customers and VIPs. Across all of our services we understand better than anybody the need for security, confidentiality and time sensitivity.

When Excel was set up in 1992 we invited the finest staff from the courier industry to join us. This philosophy remains to this day. We only employ the very best and most experienced control and administrative staff, drivers and riders from the courier industry as we always aim to make a positive difference in whatever we do.

Our customer retention is second to none and their loyalty is repaid by our consistently high levels of service and our understanding of their business and needs every time we are called upon. By focusing on these needs and listening to our clients we can be pro-active, effective and innovative.

We're not confined to the M25; in addition our extensive service partner network augments our large fleet ensuring that we can pick up your parcel or passenger, nationwide, within a remarkably short time frame from your call.
