Account management is high on the Excel agenda and every account is very important to us. We understand the needs of our clients and we can provide as much management reporting information as is required. Tailor made management reports can include any of the following key points:

We have an excellent relationship with our clients based on the good services we offer. We believe in being pro-active, if we can save you money as your supplier it is our responsibility to point this out to you.

Key account management includes the allocation of a dedicated account manager with the ability to provide statistics and summaries when required.


Proofs of delivery

If you need a proof of delivery or need to be kept up to date on the progress of a job whilst you're out of the office, Excel can forward the information to a mobile device of your choice at no extra charge, giving you peace of mind any time of day.


Invoicing

We can run invoices in a variety of different ways, itemizing by cost-centre, department or booker reducing your valuable time. In line with our environmental commitments we can send electronic copies also reducing our own and our client's carbon footprint.

Our invoices can contain a variety of information which can be tailored to suit your requirements. As a minimum our invoices contain the following:

  • Docket number (Job No.)
  • Date
  • Time of booking
  • Reference and or department
  • Airway bill number
  • Bookers name
  • Collection and drop address
  • Basic price
  • Extras
  • Total
