Real-time trackingOur extensive links with our service partners enable us to track your consignments in real-time and when we get an update or confirmation of delivery you'll know about it too. Consignments are manifested, bar code labeled and scanned throughout the delivery cycle. All you need is your unique login or the consignment number to keep an eye on your parcel from any internet device. |

Specialist tracking teamOur specialist tracking team will make sure your shipment is on schedule, monitoring it all the way right through to delivery. We'll keep you informed of any variations and send you an automatic confirmation e-mail on delivery, so you’ll know it's been delivered at the same time as we do. |

Mobile communicationsFor our own UK fleet, as well as using mobile phones all of our drivers now use PDA handsets with a bespoke mobile data solution and a messaging system that allow us to deliver job information and track job status at all points in the journey. It also gives us pick up times and can provide journey quotes easily and simply based on postcodes. All vehicles have GPS tracking devices fitted which enable both controllers and clients to track and view each job in real-time on any internet device. |

Online servicesAt Excel we use the latest tracking and technology so you know exactly where your delivery or executive car is. It also gives you access to that information in seconds, so you can book or enquire about any of our services.
