At Excel we don't just care about our environment...

...we have made a genuine commitment to it by becoming as environmentally responsible as we can be.

To demonstrate this commitment of reducing our environmental impact we have achieved ISO14001 accreditation. This requires us to implement, maintain and improve an environmental management system, demonstrate compliance with environmental laws and regulations, and conform to environmental policies.

Our extensive push bike fleet, covering most of the Central London postcodes, provides the perfect environmental option for the short, urgent deliveries. All our cars are now either Hybrids or they run on Liquefied Petroleum Gas or LPG, a clean-burning hydrocarbon fuel. LPG is one of the lowest carbon emitting hydrocarbon fuels available giving very low local air quality emissions. It also emits around 20% less CO2 than petrol.

We also take all the measures we can to make sure our office operates as responsibly as possible. We encourage our employees to get on their bikes with a cycle2work scheme for all office staff. Naturally we recycle as much as we can and take every measure to reduce our day to day waste. By committing to accreditation and to carbon neutral we are giving our customers an easy option when meeting their environmental challenges and managing their supply chain.
